Dear Customer,

Due to a software bug (causing random BGP neighborship flaps - Bug ID: 226842) in the current EoS release being run on one of our edge routers, please note that we have scheduled an emergency software upgrade on the router. During the reload there will be loss of connectivity for the customers connected to the router until the router recovers with the target EoS image.

The following services will be affected:

- IP transit with AS 38930 (Fiberring).
- Internet access within the below IP ranges:
