[NL] BGP Session down FBX-r3 [Update]

Dear Fiberring Customer,

This is to inform you that all the BGP session went down in FBX-R3 between 19:50 -20:18PM on 10-02-2021.This would have resulted in network issues. 

We experienced issue on the router's routing daemon, it has been stabilised for now. However we are investigating this further at the moment.
