[NL, AMS-21] Connectivity issues in part of our network [Update]

We have successfully replaced the line card and all traffic has been restored. We will monitor the situation further and will update you if the issue reoccurs. If you notice any issues, please contact us directly at support@fiberring.com.



[UPDATE 10:00]

We performed a linecard reboot, but the module didn't come up successfully. Traffic flows through other links and thus there is no impact. One of our engineers is on his way to the data center in order to replace the faulty module. 


[UPDATE 09:35]

The power issue has been resolved and our MPLS router in AMS-21 is again up. During the power bar change we experienced a line card failure on the same MPLS device. Our engineer is now working on the line card issue. 

We are currently experiencing a power outage in part of our network in AMS-21. FiberRing customers connected on Ring 1 and Ring 5 are affected. At the moment we are working on the issue. Updates will follow through this NOC posting.
